The technician arrives and asks if we have any issues in the lawn’s progress and treats the lawn carefully paying close attention to perennials and shrubs. Technician doesn’t hurry when applying the fertilizer and the result is we finally have a healthy lawn. We highly recommend!

Have an old yellow-wood tree that was in distress due to the excessive heat of the last couple summers. Tree was pruned and a root stimulant was applied. Additionally numerous trees and shrubs were infected with scale. All were treated then Good's continued to monitor and treat as needed through the summer and fall.

Great service from Ross -- who decorated our 60' Atlas Cedar tree for Christmas. When the high winds (60mph gusts) blew some of the lights around, and disconnected one string, he was out the next day to make it right again!

Have only been serviced by Good's for a little more than a year for both lawn and tree service. Found them to be professional and reliable, Gives advanced notice when work is to be scheduled. Just had lawn seeding late this fall so difficult to judge how successful the treatment.

Crew took great care to nicely trim and shape our 2 trees.

They employees were courteous and very clean with their work. When they left there was no trace that they did tree work.

We checked with several tree companies and even used 2 of them - but they did not provide the experience or knowledge of the problems that we were having with a large tree that we love. Goods came out, not only diagnosed the tree but provided a solution. While here they also answered some questions about other plantings that we have. We give them a 5 only because it doesn't ask for anything higher. We recommend them fully!!!!

Several years ago, we had a massive infestation of Mimosa webworms (look them up. they're disgusting) Good's correctly diagnosed the problem, applied the right treatment, and we've been totally clear for several years now.

Cannot recommend Good’s enough. We had some scheduling issues with weather and uncooperative neighbors, and the team worked with us to come additional days for no extra charge. I can also tell they are very passionate about what they do, especially being good stewards to the trees they’re working with. First, these people are honest. If a service is not needed, they won’t try and sell it to you. Second, they will readily give advice and answer any questions and even return your phone call promptly. Third, they are a Community Partner. They have delivered wood chips for use at a Hershey pollinator and Conservation area where I volunteer. ALL free of charge. They’ve done this several times over the past ten years.

The workers did a very good job bringing down two very huge trees. A Dawn Redwood close to 80 ft tall and a Pin Oak around the same 80 ft. Unfortunately, during the process of removing the sections of the Pin Oak, a section of my shed was hit and ripped the siding off the corner. I was told the manager would contact me to discuss compensation. Never heard from him/her. Also during removal of the branches, the vehicle used ran over my corrugated drain pipe. Again never heard any word from management. This was the reason for the 4 out of 5 rating.

A very large tree fell onto my back deck and had to be removed. It was a tricky process, but it was completed with expertise. The crew kept me apprised of the progress and completed the task to my utmost satisfaction.

I had Goods out to do several trees. The first one was a big oak. It was to be dropped topped to the main trunk and then felled from there. Clean up was my job. I expected to have a yard full of branches. No…everything was cut into neat little piles by size. I figured it would be cut and let it lay. The other tree was very close to the house. Not a bucket truck job. What was nice was while one person was rigging the tree the other cut the first tree into manageable sizes. My saw would have not cut thru. The second tree was dropped with much of it being over a deck. Everything went smoothly and branches were delayed by rope down to the deck where I was able to carry them off and stack them, and then the main chunk of the tree was cut down in pieces That are also manageable for me to cut up. I also had a few trees that were hanging over the driveway that were trimmed back and again everything was put on a nice stack which I was able to load up and move very quickly. The guys were actually there for two days accomplishing the whole job. On the third day I actually missed them not being there. Can’t say enough good about them. And my neighbor has just hired them to drop a tree for him. Highly recommend!!!

Annual contract for periodic sprays against ticks and mosquitos, lawn food and anti grub protection. Service is excellent but weather dependent and they are always busy - for reasons obvious- so sometimes lawn doesn’t get sprayed for ticks until November which is not optimal.

Lawn showed great improvement after just one year. Seeding and aeration was well worth it.

Good's uses excellent products for the treatment of my lawn throughout the season. In addition, I always appreciate the text and phone calls a few days prior to the day of treatment. By knowing when the service provider is coming, I am able to prepare my lawn, such as mowing and bagging so that my lawn is able to fully accept the liquid or granular products directly into a cleaner lawn. I have recommended Good's to others.

Had a tree that was starting to look scrawny and was clearly in trouble. Good’s quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended two treatments to remedy the problem. Tree now appears to be on the mend. Looking forward to view its continued recovery in the spring.

We had several trees that needed pruning that was beyond our reach. The Good’s team was fabulous and used a straight-forward process. An expert first came out, numbered every tree, and made an assessment of what needed to be done to keep them healthy. We received an electronic proposal that explained the plan tree-by-tree and we had the ability to accept or decline each offered service. We had the ability to follow up with questions for any clarification we wanted. Once we confirmed the services we wanted, they set a date and did the work. The crew could not have been better. They did what had to be done and took every cut branch and fallen with them. It was smooth, transparent, and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had the best lawn care treatment by Willie again! He is a top notch technician who is thorough and pays attention to detail. Willie operates his machine at a speed which is conducive to maintaining the appearance of our yard. There are never ripped up areas from taking turns too quickly. Today, a wonderful crew from Good’s removed two tall pine trees (one was leaning on my roof) and two shrubs which were on their last legs, too. I am not certain a sufficient amount of fertilizer and grass seed mixture was placed down on our existing lawn. Little indication was seen of any granules. A small amount of granules appeared on hard surfaces like our bituminous driveway.

I was contacted and given a date when they would come and remove the tree, even though Ugi was scheduled to do some work, came home and the tree was gone, everything was cleaned up.

The guy was very nice and understood my property lines. He did a great job.

During a recent unusually strong storm lightning hit one of our tall trees near our backyard patio. The lightning strike hit about 20 feet below the top of the tree. Initially the top section above the lightning strike stayed upright and I was concerned that it would eventually fall onto and damage our patio. Fortunately, the winds shifted after the storm and toppled the top section of the tree to the side while still being connected to the tree. I sent an email to Sam Hanmer, Good's Tree and Lawn Care, the same evening alerting Sam of the damaged tree. Sam stopped by the house early the following morning, met with me and assessed the situation. Sam assigned Aaron and Dave with the task of trimming and removing the damaged limbs/branches. When Aaron and Dave showed up to do the job both gentlemen knew what they were doing. They were courteous. They answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The were conscience of my landscaping. They completed the job safely and quickly. They also were easy to chat with and thoroughly explained what they were going to do before they started working. Afterwards they did an excellent job cleaning up the work area and asked me if there was anything else they could do.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with the gentleman who provides my services. I happened to be home today when he was completing the service. In general, my services seem to be timely, complete and general care given to the quality of the service. Today I noticed the little extras that could easily be overlooked. He brough up my trashcans. I can't even get my adult kids to do that without asking. I have a long pain in the butt driveway, so that is much appreciated. I noticed him removing a ball that we throw for our dogs and placing it out of the way. This could easily be overlooked. I appreciate him considering the well being of my dogs. The crew from Good's did exemplary work trimming our trees. Our trees had grown quite large and out so far laterally that large branches were breaking off and falling dangerously because of the weight at the end of the limbs. The crew from Good’s did a marvelous job of trimming the trees back to a safe size while keeping the beautiful natural shape of the trees. Unless one was to look closely you could hardly tell they had been trimmed at all, and yet a significant amount of growth was removed from the trees to make them safe in our yard. We have used Good's for two years now. Our poplars had scales and Tony came to evaluate the trees and advise us as to a treatment. While here he noticed spider mites on our hemlocks as well. As he walked the property we talked about the work recently done by a local tree man and he confirmed the man had done good work. There was no pressure to use them for tree removal we had already planned. This year the scales were back and Tony came back to check out the trees. Since last year's treatment did not work, they came with a new treatment and we were not charged. We find Tony to be very knowledgeable and trust his assessment of our trees.From the initial phone call to the treatment itself, everyone was professional and friendly. We had Good’s Tree and Lawn Care trim our 40+ year old weeping cherry tree. Over the years, we had dead branches chopped off here and there but never had a tree service help us. As you can imagine, it badly needed attention to get the tree to the proper shape. A group of lady tree trimmers arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They introduced themselves and went over the plan for the trimming. They were very professional and polite. When they were finished, the trimmings were cleaned up and hauled away. I was just charged a 3% administrative fee for using a credit card to pay my bill. They never charged a fee before . I was told this is their new policy. I told them , I have been a customer for the last 15 years and I would be ending their services immediately.

One of the driver’s cut me off going way over the speed limit and proceeded to flip me off, going on Edgewood Rd. Really unprofessional in a work truck.

I recently had Good's out to my house to remove dead branches from my large pin oak tree. Everyone I interacted with from the company was professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to use Good's again in the future. Edit - One year later: I ended up needing to get my tree removed and Good's did a fantastic job. There were some tricky aspects to my project, which Good's handled perfectly. I feel like their crew really knows what they're doing, and I am happy with how it all turned out.

The estimator came out. Knew what our tree problems were. Told us his recommended plan of care. What each service would cost and what was the expected outcome of each service. (It was like going to a good doctor. One that makes you relax.) The climbers came out early. Super nice. Respectful. Felt comfortable leaving my place in their capable hands. They did a great job on the trees. Better than I had hoped. Really nice eye for pruning. They removed all material without any leftover problems. Absolutely recommend.

Work began early today and the crew they sent out took great pains to protect our wet lawn, and walked the entire job down with me before starting work. Our 1955 LARGE oak tree finally got to the point where it needed to be removed due to excessive rotting, along with the stump being ground down. At the same time, we had Good's trim up a second much younger, but still large Oak tree. Our neighbor also had their Oak removed and a Pear tree pruned, so the Good's Tree crews were in our neighborhood for most of a week. They were extremely efficient with their work, and worked smart; you can tell the company invests in quality tools and machines to get the job done, not relying solely on 'muscle power.' The workers were all respectful, friendly, took care to not tear up our yards any more than was necessary, and were all around wonderful. Jason, Tom, JD, Smitty, Wes, Rob, Mitch, Noah, Jake, Hannah, Matt, and Rick were all fantastic! These folks did a fantastic job of removing several trees and trimming others. They were extremely professional and courteous, and I thought I got good value for my money. Both crews that worked on my property treated me with great respect but also seemed to treat each other with the same respect. I was very impressed with their teamwork and the collegial way they interacted. The work they were doing was not quiet (far from it), but the men went about it with a quiet professionalism--no yelling or swearing. I would recommend them, and hire them again, in a heartbeat.

The Good's team is friendly, effective & responsive. They treat various trees at my residence including an Ash, preserving my backyard canopy, and they have been sensitive to my existing landscape for multiple tree and stump removals.

We had a large tree removed and another large tree pruned significantly and stabilized. They also removed the stump. Staff from the original estimate through the completion of the work were outstanding. Estimated timelines were met and communication throughout the process was perfect. The work was done with care and very efficiently. They were very specific regarding the work and options to consider which we appreciated. Highly recommended.

Since Green Season's became Good's the service has gone downhill. We have always had tree service along with the lawn service. Good's now tells me that they have zero record of ever doing our trees. I called last summer about Japanese beetles and was told that wasn't on our "plan". I called 4 times this year and each time got the run around. I have been promised someone would be out to assess the situation and no one has ever come out. What needs to be assessed? Yes, there are beetles everywhere and there is damaged to the trees. Green Season always came out to spray for beetles the day after I called and would leave me an invoice. I don't understand why Good's refuses to take care of the beetles or my trees when I have never requested any change in service.

We have used Goods tree care services on our trees and they have saved many from disease. They are prompt, reliable and courteous.

They removed dead Ash trees on our property. Very pleased with the work they did, and the customer service. Would recommend them to anyone!

Can't speak to their work, since they never got back to me. FB messaged them March 10th and heard right back asking me to fill out their website online form, which I did the same day. Of course, with the snow I figured they wouldn't be out much but did assume I would have been contacted. March 19th, sent another FB message which was seen on March 29th- so here we are an entire month later and nothing. I contacted Cumberland and they got back in a couple days and had an estimate for me within a week. I guess Good's wants larger jobs maybe, and not a smaller tree project like mine but as long as somebody wants my money I'm fine.. no need to contact me for quotes now, thanks anyway.

Good's Tree Care just finished a job for us at our home in York, PA. What a wonderful experience we had with them. From visiting our home and discussing all the options and best course of action, giving us a quote, and then performing the work, it was professional and friendly all the way through. The workers were friendly and worked really hard to get the work done before the rain. When they finished I could hardly tell where they had the equipment in the yard. The best part was they cleaned up all the branches and waste, and I mean all of it! Thanks guys for a job well done. Good's tree care will be my "go to" tree care company from here on out!!
